All sales are final once order are placed / processed in our system. We do not issue any sort of cancellation. Buyers are requested to place the order only if you agree with these terms.

If a package arrives damage, you can mail us at zhovistore@gmail.com or dm us @zhovi's_store within 48 hrs. We will try to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Unboxing video is required to process your return, and the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.

We are not responsible for the lost packages and no refund will be given in the following cases: for incorrect or insufficient shipping details mentioned by the customer, non- availability of the recipient at the mentioned address and / or premises.
